Mike's mother was unable to deal with the pressures and chose not to deal with Mike. She gave Mike away. Mike believes this was the best decision she ever made. He would then find himself in the care of Christian parents who would ultimately lead him to the knowledge of the Savior.
Mike is very committed to missions; in fact this ministry is the sole support for a full-time missionary to Haiti. By the way, when you see Mike or Terica, get ready to see a picture of their newly adopted son. The cycle continues...

On September 6, 2010 Debbie's husband Joe, the love of her life for 39 years, died after a three-year battle with metastatic, Stage IV cancer. As they journeyed by faith and God's gift of grace, God gave Joe and Debbie abundance, more than they could ask or imagine.
Joe taught Debbie as much in his dying as in his living about trusting God, finding His peace in all circumstances and seeing God's faithfulness as He fulfilled His promises. Right before her eyes, Debbie witnessed God's glory and joy as she saw Joe transformed, walk in the light and say yes to God each day, no matter what.
Debbie has learned faith is believing God's word is truth, despite what she sees or feels; God is in control; fear and faith cannot exist together and acceptance of God's will. Debbie goes forward armed with Joe's victory in Christ Jesus and continuing to grow and use her faith to overcome adversity. She focuses on God, letting His grace, peace and faithfulness work in her life for His purpose. Her message is hopeful; faith and God's grace will give you victory in Christ Jesus.
